We Have a New Goldstein Scholar!

MAS is pleased to announce that the Goldstein Scholar has been awarded to Dara Laczniak from Purdue University. Her project is titled ” Understanding Space Weathering of Carbon-Rich Asteroids Through In-Situ Transmission Electron Microscopy”.

The Joseph Goldstein Scholar Award is intended to promote career advancement for early career members of the Microanalysis Society, increase interactions of junior and established microanalysts, and to advance the state-of-the-art in microanalysis measurements.

As always, we would like to thank the publisher Springer, and the Meteoritical Society for their support of the scholarship.
